Sin Wai Kin will participate in “The Cult of Beauty” at Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB), Spain.
“The exhibition takes a critical look at the construction of canons of beauty, from Antiquity to the present day, and analyses the role played by art, society, politics, religion and medicine. It also explores the cosmetics industry, design and product marketing, and focuses on skin, hair and flesh as battlefields in the fight to control bodies.” – CCCB
