The group exhibition is intended to explore different artistic approaches that reflect on systemic power, exclusionary development and policies, as well as people’s unruly interventions. This comes as Portsmouth Square, one of San Francisco’s Chinatown’s public spaces, is set to undergo extensive reconstruction over several years, leading to its closure.
