Ng has practiced photography since the early 80s and set up photography workshop “THE WORKSHOP” with other photographers at that time. When He was travelling in France between 1989-1990, his photography works were collected by the Bibliotheque Nationale, Paris.

This is a photographic series of vertical monochrome in long and narrow composition echoing the characters of high population density and land scarcity of Hong Kong. By applying multiple visual perspectives and intersecting macro and micro views, Ng’s images of Hong Kong skyscraper depict an intensely compressed city.
